Our NEW QUADcell Limited Edition Fuse is a combination of our TriCell Deionization Technology and Power Lens Technology wrapped into a small delivery package; we created the world’s first power conditioning Fuse!
Normally at this point in our write-up we would show fuse stats between our design and brand-X, but standard/audiophile fuses are not typically developed to reduce RFI/EMI noise. The closest thing we can compare to is a RFI/EMI noise filter. Corcom is a very popular and well respected filter manufacturer that is used in a variety of power conditioning, audio, video, computer, and medical applications. Corcom models filter noise between 10KHz and 30MHz with a RFI/EMI suppression of -40dB and -60dB at max saturation peaks across a majority of its frequency range (no filter design can provide 100% of noise reduction across every frequency). Our Fuses do things a little different; each applied CEF coating is designed to provide a significant reduction in RFI/EMI frequencies and to suppress low frequency electromagnetic fields.

In the critical analog band frequencies, our proprietary method of noise filtering provides a solid 88dB of noise reduction at 2KHz (midrange for a piccolo) and similar values throughout not only the entire audible range but also for harmonics and high frequencies, thus allowing your gear to perform at its best. In comparison, the Corcom filter would significantly roll-off below the filter range of 10KHz, so at best it may be able to provide 25% to 30% of our max noise spec of 88dB at 2KHz.
The new QUADcell Limited Edition Fuse was developed over a three year period. During that timeframe we developed multiple types of conductive materials and liquids to enhance our concept of a Conductive Energy Field. In the Fuse design we used a combination of our CEF coatings with Graphene; the combination of the three coatings created the world’s first noise suppressing/power conditioning Fuse! Our CEF coatings used in concert with our TDT/PLT technologies produce a dramatic increase in resolution, detail, staging, and 3-dimensional realism.
Out-of-the-box the QUADcell LE Fuse will require 225-250 hours for a complete break-in. When CEF is applied to a circuit, all parts throughout the internal circuity will be conditioned to our noise specifications. No other product that we are aware of can deliver this level of power conditioning.
How do fuses alter the sound of your system?
Standard fuses are very simple designs consisting of a pair of endcaps and a wire soldered in between. Alan Maher Designs turns the standard fuse into a true, non-limiting power conditioner. Our Fuse alters the sound of your component by using a combination of the Third Law of Thermodynamics and Ionization. Our design attaches a negative ionic charge to the positive ionic energy field passing through the Fuse. By regulating the temperature of the ionic field, we are able to produce a one-for-one ionic cancellation. In electrical design, harmonics, radio frequency, and static noise are all combinations of a positive ionization field associated with electromagnetic radiation. By cancelling the field, we can significantly lower EMR’s effect on the internal circuitry of your component.
